Why aren’t my elastic bands sewn into my mask?

Elastic bands are not sewn into the face mask, this allows you to adjust the masks to fit your face offering a level of comfort, this also allows you to switch out your elastic bands when they wear out.

How long will shipping take?

We've worked hard to ensure that we can handle the surge of demand. We are currently processing all orders within 24 hours, due to exceptional circumstances this time could be greater. All masks are shipped with USPS from Glendale, California. Our standard shipping is currently taking 2 to 5 days. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once USPS confirms delivery.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

Yes, we can ship outside the U.S., we have successfully fulfilled orders in Canada, Europe, and Asia. Please send us an email to fulfill your order. We do ship APO and DPO. International shipping cost is estimated to be between $13.00 - $25.00 via USPS. International orders are not eligible for free shipping.

Is it safe to receive orders due to COVID-19?

Can I return my order?

Due to the personal nature of this item, and the high risk of contaminates, all face mask sales are final unless they arrive damaged or defective. If you have any problems with your order, please do not hesitate to email us, and we will be happy to solve any problem.

Will my face mask prevent disease?

Our face mask is NOT a medical face mask and, if used alone, offers only a minimal physical barrier. As with all health decisions, please consult with your trusted medical professional to determine compatibility with your situation if you are seeking a face mask to wear in relation to medical issues.

What materials can I use as a filter for my mask?

Test data has shown that using non-woven materials such as blue shop towels, coffee filters #2 and #4, dried baby or anti-bacteria wet wipes, vacuum cleaner bags, or HVAC filters, are all suitable filter substitutes.

How do I clean my face mask?

It’s recommended that you hand wash your face mask or machine wash (up to 40 degrees Celsius or 104 degrees Fahrenheit). Please do not tumble dry the face mask! You can iron your face mask at low temperature (no steam); do not iron elastic bands.

What payment methods can I use?

You may pay for your order with a VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express credit card or debit card, Paypal, Venmo (through Paypal), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. If you were issued a refund it typically takes 5 - 10 days to receive your refund.

The face mask I want is sold out; how do I get one?

We typically restock our patterns weekly. If the pattern you are interested in no longer viewable on our website, we most likely discontinued it.

What if I’m interested in a pattern you don’t carry?

Send us an email if you are interested in a particular pattern, we will try our best to carry it.

How do I clean my LED Face Mask?

Step 1: Put the mask into water, please keep the white "red button" control switch away from the water. Step 2: Apply regular detergent or dish soap either by spraying it on or gently applying it. Then soak the mask for 3-5 minutes. Step 3: For dirty areas use a fine brush, (toothbrush), then rinse the mask. Do not submerge the control switch in water it will damage the mask.
